💰 Pay: $11.50–$12 per hour
📅 Contract: November 2026 – February/March 2027
🕒 Working Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone.
- Follow up on customer requests and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-up actions.
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, organised, and responsive when handling enquiries.
- Able to commit until at least the end of February 2027, preferably until March 2027.
