Clinic Associate ( Operations / Admin / Customer Service )
Job Description:
- Manage patient registration, appointments, referrals, medication dispensing, and cashier duties.
- Attend to patient enquiries and assisted doctors with consultations and translation.
- Maintain patient records, medication inventory, and clinic cleanliness.
- Process medical claims and reports, and provided support at other clinic locations when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O' level.
- No Experience needed!
- Comfortable standing long hours.
