🏢 Duties and Responsibilities:
🏷️ Accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
🏷️ Verify invoice details such as vendor name, invoice number, date, and amounts
🏷️ Match invoices with Purchase Orders (2-way / 3-way matching)
🏷️ Process high-volume data entry while meeting accuracy and turnaround targets
🏷️ File vendor payments, invoices, credit notes and supporting documents accurately
