About the Role
Lead dnata Singapore's baggage operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery while driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee baggage operations, load control, and related services.
Drive operational performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, airline, and safety requirements.
Lead incident investigations and operational improvements.
Manage and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
Optimize manpower, resources, systems, and budgets.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Aviation, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of airport baggage operations experience, including 3 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of baggage operations, load control, airport systems, and IATA/IGOM standards.
Strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, process improvement skills, change management and customer service capabilities.
