About the Role
Lead daily ramp operations and aircraft turnaround activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time service delivery while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ramp operations and aircraft turnaround performance.
- Oversee aircraft loading/unloading, pushback, towing, marshalling, and servicing activities.
- Ensure adequate manpower and equipment to support operations.
- Monitor OTP targets and coordinate recovery plans for operational disruptions.
- Lead Duty Managers, Supervisors, and frontline teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in airport ramp operations, with supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft turnaround, ramp safety, and ground handling operations.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Able to obtain and maintain Airside Driving Permit (ADP) and Airport Pass.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
