About the Role
Lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on volume hiring for operational and frontline roles. Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely hiring while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Drive high-volume hiring campaigns to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
  • Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure ATS data accuracy.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment events, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
