About the Role
Lead dnata Singapore's ramp operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time aircraft turnaround services while driving operational performance, safety, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all ramp operations, including aircraft loading/unloading, marshalling, pushback, towing, and GSE deployment.
Drive operational performance, turnaround efficiency, and on-time performance (OTP).
Lead operational recovery during disruptions and irregular operations (IRROPs).
Champion safety, security, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing ramp operations workforce.
Optimize manpower, equipment, resources, and operational budgets.
Build strong relationships with airline customers, airport authorities, and key stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and productivity initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of airport ramp operations experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong experience in aircraft turnaround management, ramp safety, and frontline operations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Changi Airport Airside Driving Permit (ADP) and Airport Pass.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, operational planning, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
