Job Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing personalised product advice and excellent service before and after sales.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organised showroom to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :
- Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good sales and negotiation skills, with a target-driven mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
