Job description
Experience from Banking Industry as Customer Service (Digital Platforms)
- Engaging and assisting clients with application submission through online or branch desktop channel
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging and assisting clients with application submission through FCO DIY or branch desktop channel
- Collecting KYC information and supporting documentation from clients
- Collecting and collating Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation
- Handling all documents and Verification Calls
- Submitting applications for approval (acting as Maker in a Maker-Checker control framework)
- Accessing new screening systems m- like Eclipse, Jabber, NESS ...(training provided)
- Qualifications/Experience
Diploma or Degree in Finance or Banking
Experience with banking, or financial institution digital platforms and technology support is a strong advantage.
Excellent customer service skills - Singaporean
