Technical Service Technician
- Technical Execution: Carry out all standard installations, commissioning, and maintenance independently as per SOPs, accurately interpreting M&E drawings and schematics.
- Fault Diagnosis: Perform independent troubleshooting and corrective repairs to achieve first-time-right delivery, and certify system functionality upon job completion.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, participate in toolbox talks, wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), report unsafe conditions to supervisors, and follow established site safety procedures during all work activities.
- Testing & Documentation: Conduct testing and commissioning activities, accurately completing all service reports and trade certification documentation for review."
- Tool Management: Use, track, and maintain calibrated tools effectively, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and in good working order.
- Customer Support: Provide technical explanations and updates during client inspections, and proactively manage client expectations regarding job progress and timelines.
- Continuous Feedback: Report immediate issues, recurring faults, and suggest basic process or technical improvement to the supervisor.
- Any Job Duties as per assigned by Company including housekeeping
