Merchandising Operations Executive 💼 $3,000 / Promenade / Mon-Fri / 2 Months Contract – JT8
Job Summary
- 💰 Basic Salary: $3,000/month
- 📍 Working Location: Millenia Tower (Promenade)
- 📅 Contract Duration: 2 Months
- 🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
- 🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 🏬 Industry: Retail / Fashion
Job Description
- Assist the merchandising team with purchase order processing, uploading and verification.
- Maintain accurate product information, including SKU, barcodes, pricing and item master records.
- Update Excel trackers and prepare merchandising reports.
- Monitor incoming shipments and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
- Coordinate stock allocation and transfer orders for retail stores.
- Verify product pricing and support POS system setup.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth merchandising operations.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including filters, lookups and basic formulas.
- Prior experience in Retail Operations, Merchandising Administration, Inventory or Supply Chain will be advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable handling large amounts of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to commit to the full 2-month contract.
