Slide Crew (Customer Service / Attraction Operations)
Contract Period: 20 Nov 2026 – 3 Jan 2027, with a possible extension until 31 March 2027
Salary: $13 per hour
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with a 1-hour meal break (staggered)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests.
- Engage comfortably with children and parents.
- Assist with queue management and basic crowd control.
- Conduct basic safety checks and ensure guests follow safety guidelines.
- Support daily attraction operations and maintain a safe, pleasant guest experience.
Key Requirements
- Customer-facing and service-oriented, with a positive attitude.
- Responsible, reliable and punctual.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and comfortable interacting with guests of different age groups.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
- Prior experience in customer service, attraction operations, event crew or operations support would be an advantage.
Additional Information
- Both crew members will work the same operating hours, from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with staggered 1-hour meal breaks.
