Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service-Oriented and Sales-Driven Customer Service Associate to represent two brands, either in Premium Ladies Wear or Unisex Wear. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering personalised product recommendations and styling advice, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high store presentation standards.
The role also involves supporting daily retail operations and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customers.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service and understand customers’ needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable products, outfits and styling options to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve store sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain good product knowledge of both brands, including new arrivals, collections and promotions.
- Perform cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory control and stock transfers.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising and product displays.
- Support promotional activities, new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Be flexible to work across different outlets or atrium locations based on operational needs.
- Work closely with team members to support daily store operations and achieve business objectives.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or ITE qualification.
- Sales-driven, proactive and passionate about fashion and retail.
- Min 1year experience required (training will be provided as well)
- Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts
- Able to work 5.5 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Positive, presentable, proactive and results-oriented.
- Flexible to work at different outlets or locations according to business and manpower needs.
