Oversees: Outlet Leaders / Service & Kitchen Teams
Assigned outlets:
Job description:
Visit assigned outlets regularly and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Check opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, food quality, portioning and service standards.
Conduct spot checks on stock, wastage, expiry dates, FIFO and storage.
Ensure staff follow company SOPs and recipes.
Check staff grooming, punctuality, attendance and deployment.
Support Outlet Leaders during peak periods and manpower shortages.
Identify operational problems and rectify them immediately where possible.
Escalate major issues to the Area Manager promptly.
Coach Outlet Leaders and junior staff on operational standards.
Check customer feedback and ensure complaints are followed up.
Conduct outlet audit/checklists and follow up on outstanding corrective actions.
Assist with stock counts and investigate unusual stock variance.
Check equipment and maintenance issues and ensure they are reported/followed up.
Support new staff training and onboarding.
Provide daily/weekly updates to the Area Manager.
