Job Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service and assist customers with their enquiries
- Recommend and promote products to customers
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet
- Assist with daily outlet operations
- Perform other duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Basic sales and product-promotion skills
- Able to perform cashiering duties
- Good team player
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
- Relevant retail, sales or customer service experience will be an advantage
