🪻 JOB SCOPE:
🔹 Handle retail and corporate rental bookings, quotations and account renewals
🔹 Coordinate replacement vehicles, vehicle activation, collection and returns
🔹 Manage fleet utilisation and daily rental operations
🔹 Handle vehicle breakdowns, accident cases and insurance-related coordination
🔹 Process rental documentation and administrative tasks
🔹 Provide professional customer service and support
🌻 IDEAL IF:
🔸 You're friendly and enjoy communicating with customers
🔸 You're comfortable handling administrative tasks
🔸 You're able to multitask and coordinate daily operations
🔸 At least 1 year of Front-line Receptionist or Customer service experience is a MUST have!
