Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Manage restaurant reservations and respond to guest enquiries via email.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations, Bar and Service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Communicate guest requests, feedback and preferences to the relevant service team and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident and professional in appearance.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service or F&B is an advantage.
