Planner
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production based on customer orders.
- Check orders and ensure sufficient production lead time.
- Monitor production to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments including production, warehouse and logistics.
- Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and changes.
- Update customers on production status and delays.
- Maintain order, production, and delivery records.
- Monitor delivery performance and prepare reports.
- Book FCL shipments with freight forwarders and arrange parcel deliveries.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Have relevant experience as planner in manufacturing industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
