● Handle invoicing, credit notes and document matching for retail customers
● Attend to customer enquiries on orders and product availability
● Print invoices, scan signed copies and maintain proper filing records
● Provide administrative support to Sales & Product teams
● Perform other ad-hoc admin duties
📂 Good organisational and document management skills
🔍 Detail-oriented with accuracy in data and document processing
🤝 Able to work independently and support a team
