Job Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through outdoor sales activities. The role focuses on field sales, customer visits, business development, and achieving sales targets while supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Indoor sales activities.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on orders and payments
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Participate in marketing activities, promotions, exhibitions, or roadshows when required
• Be flexible to travel and work beyond normal working hours when required
Requirements
• Experience in outdoor / field sales is preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently
• Able to work overtime when required
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
Preferred (optional)
• Experience in B2B sales / industrial / manufacturing environment
• Familiar with Johor and SG areas
• Able to communicate in more than one language is an added advantage
