Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Serves as brand ambassador: Recommend suitable jewellery and products to customers
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up with customers
- Support store events and VIP activities
- Handle POS, CRM, stock receiving and stock counts
- Maintain excellent boutique and merchandise presentation
Requirements:
- Possess friendly, approachable and engaging
- Passionate about sales and customer service
- Responsible, positive, willing to learn and able to work well in a team
- Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred
