Job Descriptions:
1. BrandRepresentation:
- Actas the brand's spokesperson, embodying the brand’s values and image in allcustomer interactions.
- Maintaina positive and consistent brand image across all retail environments andcustomer engagements.
2. CustomerService, Interaction & Engagement:
- Greetand assist customers in selecting eyeglasses based on their vision needs,lifestyle, and preferences.
- Createa welcoming and memorable shopping experience that reinforces customer loyaltyand satisfaction.
- Provideexpert advice on lens types, coatings, and enhancements to meet individualneeds.
- Educatecustomers on proper eyewear care and usage.
3. Sales& Target Achievement
- Drivesales by promoting key products and educating customers on new collections,promotions, and discounts.
- Meetand exceed monthly sales targets by driving brand awareness and productrecommendations in retail stores.
4. In-StoreDisplays & Merchandising:
- Ensurethat the brand’s products are displayed attractively and consistently inoptical stores.
- Workclosely with the visual merchandising team to set up and maintain eye-catchingdisplays that draw attention to the brand.
5. Inventory& Order Management
- Placeand track orders for prescription lenses from suppliers and ensure accurate andtimely delivery.
- Stocktake and inventory control
6. DailyOperation
- Keepthe shop clean and tidy
Job Requirements:
- Dynamic and highly motivatedindividual
- Enjoy retail environment and teamwork
- Experience in retail/ hospitality/ tourism preferred
- Enjoy interaction with people
