F&B Service Crew
Location: Orchard Area
Timing: Based on shift until 2am. Transport reimbursement provided.
Create great dining experiences in a 5 star hotel restaurant. This role offers the opportunity to take on a hands-on position across restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and personalised service to guests
- Take ownership of assigned service sections and support smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Support restaurant, bar, banquets, and in-room dining operations
- Manage billing and payment transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain service readiness, cleanliness, and outlet presentation
- Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Experience in a hotel, luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of food service, beverages, and dining operations
- Comfortable using POS or electronic ordering systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
