📋 ─ Job Scope ─ 📋
● Coordinate and schedule interviews
● Liaise with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
● Assist in the administration of training programmes
● Track employee training records and maintain L&D documentation
● Provide administrative support to the HR Department and assist with ad-hoc HR projects
🎓 Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management
💼 HR experience in recruitment coordination or training administration preferred
