• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required

🌟 Omotenashi (Hospitality) Leader Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Coach and develop team members
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and supervise cashiering
🧍 Omotenashi (Hospitality) Crew Responsibilities:
• Provide warm, friendly, personalised customer service
• Recommend products and support sales through suggestive selling
• Operate the POS system and process transactions
• Prepare, replenish, and maintain a clean, organised outlet
👨🍳 Takumi (Product Excellence) Crew Responsibilities:
• Prepare products according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and rotation
