As a Passenger Service Associate (Check-In), you play a vital role in creating a pleasant experience for passengers’ departure. You will be a part of a dynamic team, working in an exciting environment where you can gain insight to ground handling operations in Changi Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking in passengers
- Gate handling duties including communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure activities with various departments
- Guiding and escorting transit passengers from arrival gate to Transfer Holding Area
- Assisting passenger who require special assistance
Requirement:
- Able to perform 0300-0800H / 0530-1030H / 0630-1130H / 0800-1300H / 0900-1400H / 1130-1630H / 1230-1730H / 1400-1900H / 1500-2000H / 1730-2230H / 2100-0200H / 2330-0430H shift including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer Oriented and a good team player
- Comfortable with using computer
- Conversant and confident in English
- Preferably able to commit for more than 3 months
- Company transportation provided for shift between 11:00pm to 6:00am
- Training provided
