⏰ Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.45pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person customer service and support at the service centre.
- Attend to customer enquiries, issues and transactions.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure a positive, professional and seamless customer experience.
- Assist with various duties and adapt to changing work requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
- Able to handle difficult customers and work under pressure.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during working hours.
- Responsible, adaptable and willing to learn.
✨ Additional Information:
- Contract may be extended depending on business needs and candidate availability.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
