Just graduated? Or already working and thinking… “Is this really it?”
If you want something more active than sitting behind a desk all day, this might be worth a look.
If you like talking to people, or you want to get more confident in how you communicate, this is a very hands-on role where you’ll pick up real-world skills in sales, customer interaction, and teamwork.
You’ll be representing well-known brands through face-to-face campaigns, learning as you go, and getting chances to take on more responsibility when you’re ready.
What will you be doing?
- Talk to customers face-to-face at events and campaign sites
- Share and explain products or services in a simple, clear way
- Learn how to present, handle questions, and deal with objections
- Work towards both personal and team goals
- Support your teammates and help the campaign run smoothly
- Join training sessions and coaching to improve your skills
What’s in it for you?
- Earnings based on your performance (the better you do, the more you can earn)
- Extra team rewards when the group hits targets
- On-the-job training in sales and communication
- Chances to grow into leadership or team roles over time
- Opportunities for regional travel or overseas exposure (when available)
- A social, people-focused environment where you’re always working with others
Who tends to do well here?
This might suit you if you:
- Don’t mind talking to new people
- Are open to learning and improving
- Like seeing results from your own effort
- Can work well on your own and with a team
- Take ownership of your own progress
