Key Responsibilities
- Stay focused on crafting every cup of quality coffee. Delight customers with sincere, warm, genuine and cheerful service.
- Assist in mentoring trainee baristas to accelerate their learning progress in coffee operational skills and professional knowledge.
- Strictly follow operational standards to complete shift duties and business KPIs, including but not limited to store opening & closing, daily coffee and beverage preparation, customer service, product and membership promotion, cashier operations and other related services.
- Proactively maintain cleanliness and tidiness across all store areas, including front of house, back of house, bar counter and storage room.
- Assist the Store Manager with other daily store operational matters.
Skill Requirements
- Possess basic conversational English skills. Able to take orders independently, introduce products, respond to general customer enquiries, handle simple customer complaints, and understand daily conversations from local customers.
- Fluent Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking customers and team members. Basic Malay is a plus.
- Passionate about coffee and the service industry. Able to operate coffee machines independently and perform latte art.
- Polite and well-mannered with neat and presentable grooming.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong team spirit.
- At least 1 year of working experience in coffee, tea or F&B industry.
