Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Mixologist/Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and quality.
Recommend drinks and provide menu suggestions based on guests' preferences.
Provide table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables when required.
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with all licensing regulations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and equipment.
Monitor and replenish bar stock, garnishes, and supplies.
Assist with inventory counts and stock ordering when required.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Perform any other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements
Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is preferred.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsible, reliable, and well-groomed.
Food Hygiene certifications are an advantage.
