Looking for Exhibition Assistants to support an upcoming exhibition in Central Singapore.
📅 Dates: 22 – 28 October 2026
⏰ Working Hours: 10am – 6pm
• 1-hour unpaid break
• May be required to extend until 8pm depending on operational needs
📍 Location:
The Singapore EDITION

💰 Pay: $12/hr + $2/hr Completion Bonus
Completion bonus is applicable upon completing all 7 event days.
👔 Attire:
Smart Business
• Black collared button-up shirt
• Black formal pants
Job Scope:
• Welcome and greet clients and provide assistance where required
• Respond to general client enquiries via phone and email
• Provide administrative and transactional support during the exhibition and sale period
• Assist with bid-related enquiries, registration and account setup
• Support basic troubleshooting for client accounts
• Assist with paddle registration and related administrative processes
• Provide customer-facing support throughout the exhibition
✅ Requirements:
• Able to commit to all 7 event days from 22 – 28 October 2026
• Comfortable with both administrative and customer-facing duties
• Able to communicate professionally with clients
• Comfortable handling phone and email enquiries
• Able to extend working hours until 8pm when required
• Presentable and comfortable working in a professional environment
