Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and assist with enquiries at the clinic
- Handle patient registration, appointment bookings and billing
- Guide patients on using healthcare mobile apps and self-service facilities
- Assist with basic health checks, including height and blood pressure measurements
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily clinic operation
