Job Responsibilities
- Food Prep Assistant: Focuses purely on basic food handling before cooking starts.
- Kitchen Porter: A general entry-level support role. Responsible for basic cleaning, moving heavy stock, taking out trash, and helping cooks with simple tasks like fetching ingredients from the storeroom
- Dining Room Attendant: Focuses on the transition between the kitchen and the dining area.
