Sales Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales and administrative support to the Singapore Sales team.
- Process customer orders and transactions using SAP (Sales Order Module).
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Liaise with the Finance team on customer accounts and payment matters.
- Manage sales inventory, loan equipment, and supporting documents for audits.
- Coordinate equipment servicing, including receiving faulty equipment, liaising with the Service team, preparing service quotations, handling billing, and arranging collection or delivery after repairs.
- Manage equipment delivery and collection for sales and service departments.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Centre to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely goods dispatch, and conduct year-end stock counts.
- Provide administrative support for exhibitions, training sessions, and customer meetings.
- Generate SAP reports and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer service and order processing experience
- Must have experience with SAP preferably S4 Hana
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
