- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.
- Coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily building operations.
- Supervise contractors during renovation works to ensure smooth project completion.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in AHU and switch rooms.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective repairs and renovation works.
- Perform hands-on repairs for plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and general building maintenance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of telephone line faults.
- Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time.
