We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Consultant who thrives in a premium environment.This is a unique, hybrid role (60% Sales / 40% Service). You will act as a trusted advisor to an elite clientele, guiding them through a curated journey of premium cigars, fine wines, and exceptional whiskeys.

Your Impact
- Drive Revenue & Relationships: Curate tailored experiences for high-net-worth guests. Leverage deep product knowledge to drive sales, manage key accounts, and build long-term customer loyalty.
- Luxury Service Delivery: Execute flawless beverage service (decanting rare wines, pouring artisanal whiskeys) and guide guests through premium cigar selection. Deliver intuitive, anticipatory 5-star hospitality.
- Behind the Scenes: Monitor humidor and wine cellar conditions to protect product quality. Maintain immaculate lounge aesthetics and elegant visual merchandising.
Who You Are
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a luxury lounge, private members' club, or fine dining venue.
- Product Expertise: Deep working knowledge of global wine regions, premium cigar origins (Cuba/DR), and whiskey categories (Scotch, Japanese, Bourbon).
- Credentials: WSET Level 2+ or CMS Certified Sommelier is highly advantageous.
- Traits: Sales-driven with sharp commercial acumen, impeccable personal presentation, and total discretion when hosting high-profile guests.
- Flexibility: Fully committed to working late evenings, weekends, and extended hours to support private club operations.
