Job Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of Multi-Functional Printers (MFP).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure printers, drivers and scanning functions.
- Update service records in CRM and spare parts usage in SAP.
- Coordinate with customers and provide technical support.
- Assist with service reports, spare parts ordering and related administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in copier or printer servicing and troubleshooting.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence.
- Good knowledge of printer hardware, software and IT troubleshooting.
- Able to work independently and travel to customer locations.
- Access to own vehicle would be advantageous.
