Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell consumer electronics and home appliances to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide product demonstrations, information and after-sales support.
- Upsell products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication, customer service and sales skills.
- Sales-driven, proactive and motivated to achieve targets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in English for customer communication; additional language skills are advantageous.
