Job descriptions
• Provide excellent customer service and a personalised shopping experience to customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
• Introduce and promote the brand’s products, collections, and promotions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP clients.
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and daily store operations.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.
• Support promotional events and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
