Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly customer service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, where required.
- Handle cashier duties and process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, including tables, counters and equipment.
- Replenish ingredients, cups and other supplies when needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to learn beverage preparation, coffee-making techniques and café operations.
- Responsible, attentive to detail and able to work well in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.
