We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as an Açaí Bar Crew member. This role goes beyond basic service work; you will gain hands-on experience in café operations, product preparation, and the day-to-day running of a growing F&B business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
• Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers
• Take orders and process payments accurately through the POS system
• Maintain a clean and comfortable café environment
Product Preparation
• Prepare açaí bowls and beverages according to standard operating procedures
• Handle fruit cutting and topping preparation
• Maintain product consistency and quality standards
• Assist in in-house ingredient roasting/preparation (subject to training and competency)
Outlet Operations
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Assist with stock monitoring and basic inventory management
• Ensure workstations and equipment are properly maintained
Operational Support (For Senior Crew Potential)
• Assist with training of new team members
• Support shift coordination and workflow
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and operational improvements
Working Hours
• 6 day work week
• Shift-based schedule
• Outlet operating hours: 11:00 am – 9:30 pm
• Rest day typically on Monday or Tuesday, depending on operations
Requirements
• Possess valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1
• Able to commit to weekends, public holidays, the eve of such occasions, and the day following public holidays where required.
• Responsible and positive working attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Prior café or F&B experience is an advantage (training provided)
Malaysian/NAS candidates requiring a Work Permit may also be considered, subject to eligibility and prevailing MOM requirements.
