Alarm Monitoring Call Centre Associate (12-Hour Rotating Shifts)
- Salary: Basic up to $2,500 + $300 Shift Allowance + Quarterly Incentive Bonus
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week, approximately 16 shifts per month
- Location: Jurong East
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor alarm signals and respond promptly.
- Assist customers with alarm system troubleshooting and enquiries.
- Identify recurring issues and report them to supervisors.
- Follow SOPs and maintain good customer service standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE O-Level or Nitec.
- 1–2 years of call centre experience preferred.
- Security Officer candidates with basic computer skills are welcome.
- Comfortable with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
