🍣 Full-Time Kitchen Staff (Central Kitchen) 🍣
📍 Location: Tai Seng
🗓️ Working Days: 6 days/week
⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
💰 Retention Bonus $500*
🍛 Meal provided
Key Responsibilities
- Food Handling and Transfer
- Carry cooked or prepared food in suitable containers. Place them onto designated racks/workstations.
- Transfer the food carefully to prevent spillage or contamination.
- Machine Setup & Packing
- Set up the moulding machine before production.
- Pre-weigh products according to requirement.
- Place the weighed food into the mould machine for packing.
- Collection Arrangement
- Collect packed products from the machine.
- Arrange packed products onto trays.
- Transfer completed trays onto a larger trolley for the next production process.
- Cooking Process
- Push the loaded trolley to the combi oven.
- Ensure products are handled according to SOP.
- Blast Chilling
- After cooking is completed, transfer the trolley to the blast chiller.
- Ensure products are properly placed in the blast chiller according to food safety requirements.
- Production Recording
- Record the required production information accurately on the recording sheet.
- Report any product, equipment or process abnormalities to supervisor immediately.
- Manual Handling and Workplace Safety
- Individual items may weigh up to approximately 10 kg.
- Where an item is too heavy for one person to handle safely, two personnel should carry together.
- General Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, racks and trays.
- Follow SOPs and workplace safety requirements.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned based on operational requirements.

- No experience required – training provided
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with good hygiene practices
