Job Summary

Full-Time Cashier cum General Worker

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cashier cum General Worker.

Our minimart is a traditional neighborhood store that mainly serves migrant workers. The job involves handling cashier duties, assisting customers, arranging and replenishing stocks, and supporting daily store operations.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are honest, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a simple, hands-on retail environment.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability more than experience.

Job Description

Process cash, card and digital payments accurately, issue receipts and balance the till at the start and end of each shift.
Greet customers courteously, answer enquiries, and handle returns, exchanges and complaints professionally.
Carry out general duties, including restocking shelves, labelling items, packing goods, and keeping the store clean and organised.
Support colleagues with ad hoc tasks and follow company procedures on cash handling, hygiene and workplace safety.

Job Requirements

Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash responsibly and with integrity.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage for serving a diverse customer base.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required, with reasonable adjustments considered where appropriate.
Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with Singapore's employment regulations. Prior experience is welcome but not essential, as training will be provided.

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday

**Working Hours: 1pm to 11pm ( there will be Tea and Dinner breaks)
