Hotel Reservations Executive
Enjoy helping guests, handling bookings, and delivering great service? Join a hospitality team where you’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings while creating a smooth and positive guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and confident communicating across phone, email, and digital channels.
Location: Orchard Area
Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservation enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear information on room options, promotions, and hotel offerings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
- Respond to guest requests professionally and in a timely manner
- Ensure reservation details are recorded accurately in booking systems
- Support administrative tasks related to reservations and room inventory
- Maintain high service standards in all guest communications
Requirements
- Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality operations is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
- Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Comfortable using computer systems and reservation platforms
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin speaking customers
- Candidates should have current eligibility to work in Singapore
