Core Responsibilities
• Operations Management: Direct daily activities, open/close facilities, and ensure smooth workflow.
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, handle material receipt and issuance, prevent shrinkage, and perform regular audits or reconciliations
Schedule, train, assign tasks to, and evaluate store or warehouse personnel.
Maintain inward/outward registers, track sales or consumption data, and compile periodic operational reports
Enforce health, safety, security, and company policy standards.
