Accounts Executive, $3,500 (Ubi)
Salary: $3,300 – $3,500
Location: Ubi
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts up to balance sheet.
- Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and process supplier payments.
- Prepare monthly statements of accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle petty cash, staff claims and payment processing.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management and head office.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow reports and financial forecasts.
- Handle quarterly GST reporting and submissions.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
- Coordinate with company secretary on statutory filings and AGM matters.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions and annual IR8A.
- Maintain employee leave, medical and claims records.
- Liaise with external vendors, including landlords, insurance agents and IT service providers.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in full-set accounting.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, CPF and GST requirements.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
