Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition through proactive door-to-door sales canvassing and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market presence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing accounts.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s fuel and lubricants products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline using company tools to monitor progress and performance.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
Monitor and enforce client compliance with agreed credit terms.
Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

No prior experience required — training and guidance will be provided.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet targets.
Quick learner with technical aptitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
Able to work a 5-day week.

Compensation

Basic Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 (depending on experience)
Attractive commission scheme.
