Position: Retail Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Number of Vacancies: 2
Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
Working Schedule: 5-day work week, rotating shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases and enquiries.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are neatly displayed and properly priced.
- Maintain store cleanliness and good housekeeping standards.
- Assist with receiving and organising stock deliveries.
- Support daily store operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Physically fit to handle stock replenishment and store deliveries.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Minimum education requirement: GCE N-Level or equivalent.
