Looking for a short-term opportunity with a structured Monday–Friday schedule? 🎯
Join us as a Customer Service Agent supporting a government hotline and assist members of the public with their enquiries!
📍 Location: Bedok/Chai Chee
📅 Contract Duration: 1 Month
🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Working Hours:
• Training: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Post-Training: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
📞 YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
✅ Answer incoming calls and assist members of the public with their enquiries
✅ Provide accurate information using approved scripts, guidelines, and procedures
✅ Record caller information and enquiry details accurately in the system
✅ Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team or supervisor
✅ Handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
✅ Safeguard confidential and personal information at all times
✅ Meet required customer service, quality, attendance, and productivity standards
